Ordering & Return Policy

1. After we confirm your purchase, we will send an e-mail detailing your order confirmation within a couple of days.
2. We will ship your order using Canada Post, for $7 CAD, unless otherwise specified.
3. Our return policy allows you 7 days from the day you receive the products to review your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return it for a refund or replacement. Please identify your concerns when you return the product. Your credit card will be credited for the amount of your purchase, minus the initial shipping and handling costs.
4. Materials and workmanship are guaranteed in this policy. Normal wear nor customer damages are not covered.
5. After 7 days, no exchanges or returns will be issued. Please note Tomo Jewelry does not issue returns or exchanges on special orders or sale items.
